Reju Spa at The Vale Niseko is recruiting passionate and skilled Spa Therapists for the upcoming winter season. This opportunity not only promises competitive wages and bonuses but also offers a chance to work in a prestigious setting renowned for its exceptional service. **Employment Period:** December 1st, 2024 – March 31st, 2025 **Compensation:** ¥1,650-¥2,500 per hour based on experience, skills, and language proficiency. Additional 25% late night allowance for shifts worked between 22:00 and 05:00. Upon successful completion of the contract, a housing support bonus of ¥150,000 will be awarded. **Work Environment:** A supportive and comfortable workplace within a premier ski resort. **Work Schedule:** Flexible hours, typically 5 days a week with an average of around 40 hours per week. Expect longer hours during peak season and reduced hours at the beginning and end of the season.
