Job Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support for Thai customers traveling to Japan. - Create and publish articles promoting Japan on Facebook and the company's travel portal 'Japan555'. - Address various inquiries from customers, ensuring they receive the necessary information and assistance. - Plan and propose travel packages tailored to the needs of diverse customer groups, particularly focusing on group travel from abroad. - Collaborate with travel agencies to market tours and packages to new customers.
