1. Outdoor Guides (Canyoning, Rock Climbing, Hiking): Needs relevant certifications and experience in outdoor sports. 2. Café Staff: Requires some Japanese speaking ability, experience in food and beverage service preferred. 3. Shuttle Van Drivers: Basic knowledge of Japanese is a plus but not mandatory; valid driver's license required. 4. Office and Reservations: Being fluent in Japanese and English is highly beneficial, with experience in customer service key. Location: Hakuba, Japan, in the Northern Alps, providing an all-year-round outdoor activity hub. Skills Required: Depending on the position, various levels of experience and qualifications are needed. In winter, most positions require English proficiency, while summer operations benefit greatly from Japanese speaking skills.
