Position Overview: As a Solutions Sales Executive, you will be integral in steering our Jira Service Management sales strategy in Japan. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be tasked with driving revenue growth and establishing long-term relationships with enterprise customers across Japan. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting revenue increase for Jira Service Management within the Japanese market. - Set and communicate a clear vision for your sales territory, including sales funnel and territory status. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Executive, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product) to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Represent the Jira Service Management brand at various industry events and conferences. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for the senior management team in Japan. - Engage with Atlassian’s partner management and partners, from large IT service providers to diverse sales and service firms. Qualifications: - 7+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in the tech industry. - Familiarity with IT service management or similar solutions is highly preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers, partners, and teams. - Independent decision-maker in driving Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns in collaboration with Atlassian teams and partners. - Fluency in Japanese is required, with business-level English preferred.
