Join Atlassian—as we revolutionize the software development industry! We are looking for an experienced Solutions Sales Executive focused on our Jira Service Management sales efforts in Japan. In this role, you will work with enterprise customers to grow their investment in Atlassian solutions, particularly in the IT Service Management space. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue for Jira Service Management across the Japanese market. - Create and implement a clear vision for your territory, communicating regularly about sales funnel updates, resource requirements, and challenges. - Collaborate with teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Represent Jira Service Management at industry conferences and events. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - Partner with Atlassian management as well as key IT service provider partners. Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of sales experience in technology, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets. - Experience in the IT sector; familiarity with IT service management is a plus. - Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with customers and partners. - Ability to drive decision-making for go-to-market campaigns. - Fluent in Japanese, with business proficiency in English preferred.
