Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies for Jira Service Management in Japan. - Communicate regularly about account status, resource needs, and sales challenges. - Engage with cross-functional teams—Marketing, Customer Success, and Product—to ensure overall customer satisfaction. - Represent Jira Service Management at industry events and conferences to promote solutions and network. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - Collaborate with Atlassian partner management and work directly with service providers to enhance sales initiatives.
