HTM is seeking a dedicated and professional individual for property management and interior proposal roles in the rapidly growing international ski resort area of Niseko. With world-class snow quality and culinary experiences, your career path will be significantly enhanced through this opportunity. Key Responsibilities: - Proposing interior design and electronics for properties. - Monitor the condition of managed properties and update databases. - Input daily reports for the maintenance team. - Handle emails and phone calls in English and Japanese. - Manage inventory and documentation. Ideal Candidate: - Conversational English proficiency. - Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. - Experience in office administration is preferred. - Interest in property management is a plus. - Knowledge of architecture or experience in interior design is advantageous. - Must possess a valid driver's license (automatic transmission). Candidates who may not meet all requirements but have a positive and challenging spirit are also encouraged to apply. Benefits: - Employee dormitory available (Monthly rent: ¥40,000 to depending on room type). - Various discounts, including winter season lift passes, free ski/snowboard group lessons (subject to availability), ski/snowboard rentals, and hotel accommodation. - Language learning and qualification support programs to assist with skill improvement. - Sick leave up to 5 days per year for medical appointments or illness, in addition to regular paid leave. - Employee trips, which can include family members, to destinations like Okinawa and Fukuoka (depending on performance). - Season tickets for the Escon Field for baseball viewing enjoyment. Employment Conditions: - Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent). - Salary: ¥4,200,000 to ¥4,800,000 (paid in 14 installments, including 2 bonuses per year). - Working Hours: Average 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, with a schedule that varies). - Days Off: 120 annual days off, with an additional 10 days of paid leave after six months of employment. - Start Date: Negotiable.
