**About Us** Japan Travel is a leading media publisher for tourism information on Japan and also operates as an online travel agency. We specialize in crafting custom experiences for travelers visiting Japan, providing a one-stop platform for discovering, planning, and booking trips. **Job Overview** We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This full-time position requires working 40 hours a week with a hybrid work model, requiring at least two days in the office each week. The expected start date is June 2025. The salary range is from 4.5 to 5.6 million JPY, based on experience. **Responsibilities** - **Project Planning & Initiation:** - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation. - Create project documentation such as charters and risk assessments. - **Project Execution & Control:** - Assign tasks to team members and manage project timelines. - Track progress and mitigate risks proactively. - Conduct project meetings to ensure communication and collaboration. - **Communication & Stakeholder Management:** - Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications. - Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project. - **Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:** - Implement quality control measures and analyze project performance. - **Administrative Tasks:** - Maintain organized project folders and oversee project financials. **Qualifications** - Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal). - Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Proficient in project management tools and software. - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
