The University of Tokyo is recruiting for a Professor position in the Department of Applied Biological Chemistry, focusing on the integrated life sciences of food and health. Responsibilities: - Teaching: Undergraduate and graduate courses in Food Chemistry, Biological Chemistry, and other related experiments and seminars. - Research: Focus on integrated life science of food and health, analyzing molecular mechanisms to promote health.
