Part-Time English Instructor

Happy English Club is looking for a super awesome Part-Time EFL Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators focused on delivering high-level English classes to well-behaved students. **Job Details:** - Use a well-developed curriculum (most teaching resources are provided). - Students are grouped by English proficiency and age. - Enjoy working with nice students and parents, as we have carefully built our school’s student base. - Opportunities for more part-time hours or full-time work in the future (first opportunity for new shifts/positions). **What We’re Looking For:** - You enjoy working with people, especially children. - You have a passion for teaching. - Native English speaker with a university degree. - Prior teaching experience with young EFL students in Japan. - Understanding of basic EFL terms and methodology. - Commitment to personal development and attendance at teacher training seminars. - Good people skills and high emotional intelligence. - Ability to collaborate well with co-workers and management. - Desire to work in a stable company that supports your growth as a teacher. - Looking for an exciting work environment with fabulous co-workers. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university. - Experience working with kids. - Prior EFL teaching experience in Japan. - Strong people skills and high emotional intelligence. - Native English speaker. **Shift Details:** - 2 - 4 teaching hours per day. - Pay: 3,000 - 3,500 yen per hour for the first year. - Paid transportation. - Invitation to all staff parties. - Training provided. **Application Process:** To apply for the part-time teaching position, please send: - A letter of introduction (including your years of EFL teaching experience). - A resume. **Submit your application via email:** Email: contacthec-job@yahoo.com Join us in making a difference in young learners' lives!
