Mandala Management Services Japan is seeking part-time staff to support the management team at two luxury properties located in the Niseko ski resort. Responsibilities include general administrative support, arranging repairs for broken items, making various reservations, preparing documents and organizing files, handling phone calls, and managing expenses. Additionally, the role will involve management duties for Chalets featured in a Netflix show and concierge services. The position is shift-based, for approximately 28 hours a week over five days. The hourly wage is between 1,500 and 2,000 yen. Benefits include housing assistance and lift pass subsidies. You will work in a multinational environment where English is spoken, and you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding during breaks, with the ski resort close by. Applications are accepted via email.
