Lyngo LLC is seeking enthusiastic Native English and Bilingual English-Japanese teachers to join our ZEnglish Program. Our goal is to enhance online English learning for students in Japan by making the experience enjoyable and developing natural communication skills across all age groups. Teaching Environment: - Teach from the comfort of your home - Class times available from 5:00 AM to 1:30 AM JST - All structured instructional materials and personal training provided Compensation: - Between JPY 450 for a 25-min class and JPY 1,300 for a 45-min class, based on class-type and incentives - Payments are made directly to your personal PayPal account (applicable PayPal fees will apply) - Opportunities for promotion to management roles Preferences: - Current instructors work between 6 to 40 hours weekly - Availability from 8:00 PM to midnight (JST) is preferred, especially on weekends - Teaching experience and certifications are appreciated but not mandatory - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) is beneficial Prerequisites: 1. Native English speakers (Japanese language skills are not necessary), or 2. Native Japanese speakers with basic English skills (for Beginner/Entry classes) 3. Must have a fast, reliable internet connection 4. A personal computer with Windows 10 or 11 and Microsoft Office (free online version acceptable) 5.
