Niseko Instructor - Minimum Level 3 or Guide

NBS is one of the largest international snowsports schools in the Niseko area, known for its high-quality instruction and outstanding customer service. We are looking for dedicated instructors for the full season (December – March) or short season (December – February). If you're passionate about teaching and want to experience the world's best powder, this is the job for you! Key Responsibilities: - Meet and greet guests in the designated meeting area. - Create a fun and safe learning environment for guests. - Communicate with parents about their child's performance. - Maintain presentation in the meeting area, including snow clearing. - Attend on-snow and off-snow training sessions. - Promote SkiJapan.com & NBS services. - Provide guests with local information and assistance. - Offer professional instruction and exceptional customer service. Minimum Qualifications Required: - Level 2 certification from an internationally recognized instructor training organization. Preferred Experience: - Previous teaching experience at a snowsports school. - Additional qualifications (e.g., Snowboard, Kids Certification). - Experience teaching children. Personal Attributes: - Responsible, energetic, confident, and can-do attitude. - Strong communication skills. - Passion for teaching children and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. - Team player with flexibility. - Punctual, reliable, and well-presented. Language Requirements: - English required. - Knowledge of Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is a plus but not necessary. Remuneration Package: - Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience. - Bonuses for private lessons. - All-Mountain Lift Pass (covers Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village, and Annupuri Resorts). - High-quality uniform provided. - Staff locker room within walking distance to slopes. - Subsidized accommodation in Hirafu village and Kutchan. Employment Dates and Hours: - Full Season: December 2, 2025 – March 31, 2026. - Short Season: December 2, 2025 – February 28, 2026. - Hours and work dates depend on snow and customer demand. NBS Niseko is hiring instructors for the upcoming winter season, providing a supportive environment with excellent training and competitive pay. Candidates should hold at least a Level 2 qualification and be enthusiastic about teaching skiing and snowboarding.
