HTM, the largest management company in Niseko, Hokkaido, is seeking experienced and driven Service Staff for its An Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service, contributing to the overall guest experience at Ki Niseko. Key Responsibilities: - Acknowledge and greet each guest as they arrive. - Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt service. - Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu items and provide explanations to guests. - Communicate directly with the kitchen regarding guest orders. - Expedite orders to tables and ensure customer satisfaction. - Clean and bus tables promptly. - Remain aware of guest allergies and special requests. - Use POS and register systems. - Resolve guest complaints and escalate to management when necessary. - Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness. - Prepare and serve coffee as a barista.
