Japan Sales Enablement

Atlassian is seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement team in Japan. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales enablement programs. Your responsibilities will include delivering onboarding, training, and coaching programs both online and in-person. You will also evolve onboarding programs to enhance productivity ramp-up, monitor performance metrics for evaluation of success, and actively consider feedback from sales leadership for continual improvement. Your primary duties will include: - Developing and delivering Atlassian-specific training on philosophies, products, and features. - Creating, planning, and delivering foundation trainings on methodologies, negotiation techniques, and relationship building. - Localizing and standardizing sales materials specific to the Japanese market. - Improving efficiencies related to sales systems and operations. This role is pivotal in optimizing the knowledge and skills of customer-facing teams, crucial for accelerating customer adoption of our products.
