Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to create and execute sales enablement programs. - Deliver onboarding, training, and coaching programs through online learning systems and in-person workshops. - Improve onboarding programs to enhance productivity ramp-up times. - Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and overall sales success. - Actively gather feedback from sales leadership and the field to identify areas for improvement. - Foster the development of sales talent and maintain continuous improvement in sales productivity. - Plan and deliver Atlassian-specific training including methodologies, negotiation, and relationship-building. - Localize and standardize sales materials for the Japanese context. - Enhance efficiency within sales systems and operations. Required Qualifications: - Over 5 years of experience in enterprise solution sales or sales enablement/training. - Familiarity with both on-premise and cloud solutions. - Proven ability to manage cross-departmental projects and programs. - Experience in designing and delivering scalable sales training and development programs. - Background in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment fostering strategic thinking and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. - Strong attention to detail, especially in brand standards alignment. - Experience in content localization beyond translation—adapting messaging to fit Japanese cultural norms and practices. - Focus on enhancing customer-facing teams' knowledge and skills to speed up the product adoption cycle.
