We are looking for someone who can approach work with a bright, positive attitude and a professional mindset. You will support hotel operations from behind the scenes at our modern and natural boutique hotel, 'Kik Niseko', which incorporates wood, a symbol of Hokkaido, throughout. We offer various discounts such as winter lift ticket discounts, free group lessons for skiing and snowboarding (subject to availability), ski and snowboard rentals, and discounts on hotel stays, allowing you to enjoy your days off while maintaining a balance between work and life. We have a language learning and qualification acquisition support system, where the company partially covers costs to support skill enhancement. You can take up to 5 days a year in medical leave or sick leave in addition to paid sick holidays. We also plan employee trips with family to places like Okinawa and Fukuoka. In 2023, a season ticket for the new Escon Field will be provided, allowing you to enjoy watching baseball games.
