Your Mission: - Oversee the daily operations of our collection of 35 homes in Kyoto. - Manage and coordinate bookings from multiple platforms effectively. - Supervise local cleaning teams and ensure high standards of property maintenance. - Handle customer check-ins and provide city insights to guests. - Maintain inventory and enforce quality control measures. - Collaborate with sales teams to enhance occupancy rates and overall performance of properties. Candidate Requirements: - Languages: English and Japanese at business level. - Must be currently residing in Japan with a valid working visa; working holiday visa candidates welcome. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to create an outstanding hospitality experience for guests. Compensation and Benefits: - Social benefits and insurance included. - Daily meal allowance of ¥750 and potential for yearly bonuses. - Ideal start date: ASAP.
