We are seeking a Hall Supervisor for our cloud restaurant operated by HTM Corporation. **Job Description:** - Assist the Hall Manager by collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. - Responsible for shift adjustments and staff training to maintain a high level of customer service. - Required to respond calmly and professionally to resolve customer issues. - Necessary to explain the dishes and understand customers' allergies, as well as coordinate with the kitchen. - Suitable for those wishing to utilize their English skills, especially with many international guests during the winter. **Required Skills:** - Experience working in the customer service industry. - Smooth communication in both Japanese and English. - Familiarity with PC operations. - Attention to detail. - Positive and proactive individuals who can respond quickly. - Proficiency in handling numbers. **Conditions:** - No educational or age restrictions. - Experience in hospitality or restaurant work is advantageous. **Attractive Aspects of the Work Environment:** - Employee dormitory (around 40,000 yen/month). - Discounted lift passes for the winter season. - Free group lessons for skiing and snowboarding. - Language learning programs to support skill enhancement. - 120 days of annual leave. - Sick leave system (up to 5 days per year). - Employee trips (Okinawa, Fukuoka, etc.). **Employment Conditions:** - Employment Type: Full-time. - Annual Salary: 4.9 to 5.6 million yen (paid in 14 installments). - Working Hours: Average 40 hours/week. - Start Date: Negotiable.
