Berlitz Japan is currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated German instructors to join our team in Osaka, Kyoto, and Hyogo. Instructors will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction using the Berlitz Method, which emphasizes conversational skills and practical language use. The role requires a commitment to providing students with a tailored learning experience, ensuring they achieve their language goals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective German lessons based on the Berlitz Method - Provide feedback and assessments to students - Assist and support students in achieving their language learning objectives - Maintain records of students' progress - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Qualifications: - Native or near-native proficiency in German - Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required - Passion for teaching and helping students succeed - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility to work with learners of different ages and backgrounds Compensation: The position is contract-based, with payment received per lesson taught.
