Full-time Native-Level English Teacher

J&N English Club is looking for a motivated and friendly full-time native-level English teacher. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, possess excellent communication skills, and be an active and creative contributor to a small team. Teaching Context: - Teach a wide range of students, including kindergarteners (3 years old) up to adults. - Both group and private lessons held in-house, at company offices, community centers, and neighboring kindergartens. Qualifications Required: - University degree (any discipline) as required by the Japanese government. - Mandatory driver's license. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - TESOL, TEFL, or ESL certificate preferred but not mandatory. - Experience in teaching children and lesson planning preferred (training provided). - Some proficiency in Japanese is preferred. - Basic knowledge of IT software is preferred. Job Duties: - Teach, plan, and develop lesson resources. - Actively participate in curriculum development. - Attend occasional school events. Salary and Benefits: - Visa sponsorship and a one-year renewable contract. - 40-hour workweek with 20-25 lessons per week (Monday to Friday). - Salary of 250,000 yen per month (first month 230,000 yen). - Over 5 weeks of holidays per year. - Apartment provided at 25,000 yen per month. - Company car is provided.
