Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for all front desk operations including check-in/check-out and payment processing. - Lead the front desk team and provide high-quality service to guests alongside team members. - Assist the front desk manager with coordination of sales operations. - Cooperate in staff training and problem solving with customers. Qualifications: - Necessary experience in customer service or hotel operations. - Communication skills in native-level Japanese and English. - Basic PC skills required. - A bright and positive attitude is necessary. Working Conditions: - Average 40 hours/week (shift system). - 120 days of annual holidays, 10 days of annual paid leave (after 6 months of contract).
