This is a front desk position that serves as the face of the hotel, providing hospitality to guests. Would you like to provide first-class hospitality to guests from around the world with services that exceed their expectations? **Job Responsibilities** - Handle check-ins/check-outs and payment processing - Arrange various service bookings for guests during their stay and respond to inquiries from guests via phone/email - Assist with concierge, bell staff, drivers, and ski valet staff as needed In winter, many guests from overseas stay, so we also welcome those who want to utilize their English skills in this job. **Who is this suitable for?** - No experience required - No restrictions on education or age - Individuals with native-level Japanese skills or those who want to challenge themselves to work using English with foreigners - Those who are not uncomfortable using a PC for work - Individuals who can show attention to detail - Always bright, positive, and capable of interacting with people with a smile If you have experience in customer service or working in a hotel, you can utilize your skills.
