In March 2025, we acquired FTC, a DMC focused on large group tours in Japan, and opened Irasshai, a Japanese concept food store in central Paris in 2022. **Job Responsibilities:** - Guide tours around Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara, highlighting the main attractions. - Create and adapt itineraries based on customer preferences. - Share in-depth knowledge of Japanese history, culture, and society. - Handle logistics and transportation for a smooth customer experience. - Provide meal assistance as needed during tours. - Offer comprehensive support to customers on the ground. **Candidate Profile:** - Must be eligible to work in Japan with no visa sponsorship provided. - Flexible availability including weekends. - Currently residing in the Kansai area. - Passion for Japanese culture, history, and traditions. - Experience as a tour guide in Japan is required. - Language proficiency: - English: Business level - French: Business level - Japanese: Conversational level - Additional languages (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus. **Desired Skills:** - Personable and engaging with travelers. - Punctual, reliable, and organized. - Capable of managing unforeseen situations calmly. - Excellent communication skills with guests and local suppliers. **Benefits Offered:** - Competitive salary. - Daily allowance. - Flexible working hours. - International team environment. - Opportunities for career growth within the company.
