Enterprise Solutions Strategist (ITSM)

The Atlassian Advisory Services team is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Strategist (ESS) to help enterprise customers achieve their business goals using Atlassian solutions. This role focuses on IT Service Management (ITSM) and aims to enhance customer engagement through effective solution guidance. Responsibilities: - Partner with customers to address ITSM challenges and align solutions with strategic business goals. - Build strong relationships with senior leadership in customer organizations to better understand their needs and advocate for Atlassian’s offerings. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Enterprise Technical Architects, to deliver tailored solutions that maximize customer value from Atlassian products. - Create and share solution content that aligns with customer objectives. - Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise in ITSM. - Identify opportunities for expanding services and tools within client organizations.

Qualifications
Background in consulting or technical expertise within large organizations.
Experience with cross-team collaborations, particularly with Sales and Product teams.
Familiarity with Atlassian products or similar tools.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software or IT industries.
At least 5 years in customer-facing roles, specifically within enterprise-level organizations in Japan.
In-depth knowledge of ITSM concepts and best practices.
Fluent in English and Japanese.
Experience in IT operations roles (incident, change, problem management, etc.).
Proven ability to drive change and improvement initiatives within organizations.
