Rainbow Kids Care offers child care assistance for families traveling to Japan. We are seeking experienced, outgoing, and responsible babysitters who can provide childcare services while families enjoy their vacation. The roles involve caring for children in hotels, Airbnbs, or during outings at popular tourist destinations. Job Responsibilities: - Accompany families and provide childcare services allowing parents to relax. - Engaging with children through storytelling, games, and activities like arts and crafts. - Supervise playtime and ensure a safe environment. - Manage daily activities including diaper changes, meal preparation, and bedtime routines. - Perform light housekeeping duties in vacation accommodations, ensuring cleanliness. - Respect family customs and traditions while offering care. Qualifications Required: - Valid Japanese VISA (including Japanese nationals, permanent residents, etc.) - Native/fluent English speaker (additional languages are a plus). - Certification in nursery teaching or babysitting training (or a commitment to obtain certification). - Clean background check. - Non-smoker. - Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certifications with company assistance. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Japanese language and culture. - Flexibility to work on weekdays and holidays, with greater consideration given to those with extensive knowledge of Tokyo sightseeing.
