Hikari Elder Care Services is seeking an Elderly Care Assistant to join our team. As an Elderly Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate support to our elderly clients, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with bathing, feeding, mobility, and companionship. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. - Communicate effectively with clients using basic Japanese skills. - Work in a team to provide the best care possible. Requirements: - Must have a valid visa or be eligible for caregiving visa sponsorship. - Minimum commitment of 6 months. - Conversational Japanese skills; English is a plus. - Kind, patient, and empathetic personality. - Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but training is available. - Physically fit and able to assist with lifting or supporting clients. - Japanese caregiving certification is a strong plus. Working Hours: This position is part-time with 20–30 hours a week, with the potential for full-time work. Accommodation: Shared housing is available for ¥30,000/month, which includes utilities, and meals are provided during shifts.
