As the Summer Program Leader for EdVenture Niseko, you'll lead an immersive, multi-activity camp focused on nurturing friendships and skills among children and young teenagers during Hokkaido's green season. Your efforts help create a memorable and adventurous experience in an enchanting location. Key Responsibilities: - Staff management and program execution - Ensure the seamless weekly operation of programs - Assist with facility upkeep - Collaborate with management, mentors, campers, and parents Key Qualities: - Previous teaching or camp counseling experience is essential - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team - Must hold a valid Japanese driver's license or obtain an International Driving Permit - Up-to-date criminal record background check required - First aid training is advantageous - Passion for outdoor activities and strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction across all stakeholders - Cooperative team player and reliable - Must be eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa or already possess legal work rights in Japan.
