Development Engineer / IT Engineer (Multilingual)

A company engaged in IT business primarily dealing with foreign-affiliated companies seeks to strengthen its engineering team to enhance the quality of system development. You will be responsible for managing projects such as next-generation insurance systems and financial projects as a Project Leader (PL) or Project Manager (PM). Applicants with any development experience are welcome! Requirements: - Language requirements include Japanese (business level, JLPT N1) and proficiency in at least four languages among: Chinese (standard, traditional, Cantonese), English, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, or Burmese. - At least 5 years of development experience either within Japan or in Japan-targeted projects is required. - Preferred experience with development languages such as Java, PHP, C#, .NET, iOS, Android, etc. Salary: Monthly salary ranging from 500,000 to 900,000 JPY depending on experience and skills. There is also a maximum project return rate of 120%. Work Hours: - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Actual work 8 hours with a break of 1 hour) - About 10 hours of overtime per month.
