As a crew member on a luxury cruise ship sailing the Seto Inland Sea, your responsibilities will include: - Providing food and beverage service at onboard restaurants - Assisting with front desk operations - Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms - Managing onboard facilities Qualifications Needed: - Japanese Language Proficiency: N2 or above - Language Proficiency in Chinese: Business level or above to serve VIP clients - Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred - Must hold a valid normal car driving license (AT limited) - Must have passed the specified skill test related to lodging or eating out Benefits: - Dormitory accommodation available (dormitory distance applies) - Meal assistance provided (three meals during cruise) - Health insurance, employee pension, employment insurance, and workman's accident insurance included - Partial commuting fee subsidy and possibility of commuting by car - Retirement benefits available after 3 years of service - Maternity leave, childcare, and nursing care leave available - Uniforms provided - Annual health checkup Work Hours: - Shifts: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (actual working hours 8 hours) - Monthly Average Overtime: 30 hours - Annual Holidays: 120 days off per year on average, approximately 10 days per month Visa Information: This position requires a Specified Skilled Worker Visa. Candidates residing overseas can also apply. Selection Process: Two interviews will be conducted, with options for online interviews if the candidate is not local.
