The job responsibilities of the Cooking Assistant / Customer Service Staff at Yakiniku King include providing customer service in the dining area (register, food delivery, cleaning), basic cooking assistance, and dishwashing tasks. You can also choose to work exclusively in the dining area or kitchen. If you're anxious about customer service, it's okay to work only behind the scenes. We provide a supportive environment for those with no experience, guided by reliable senior staff. There are opportunities for beginners to learn customer service skills and polite language while developing their abilities. Furthermore, meal support is provided, allowing employees to enjoy half-price yakiniku. We have a flexible shift system, allowing university and high school students to prioritize tests and club activities, ensuring that personal life is respected as well. The workplace is located at 3-11-22 Ushikubo, Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The pay ranges from 1,280 yen to 1,600 yen per hour. There is no change in hourly wage during training, and high school students also receive the same wage. There is a 25% increase in pay after 10 PM. Working hours are from 5 PM to 10 PM, and commuting by car, motorcycle, or bicycle is allowed. We offer various benefits including a system for employment conversion, freedom in hairstyle and color, allowance for piercings (with regulations), hassle-free interviews, birthday presents, and a pre-payment system for work (with regulations).
