Convenience Store Staff

As a convenience store staff member, your duties will include operating the cash register, providing customer service, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, displaying goods such as food and everyday items, and receiving ordered goods. Once familiar with the tasks, you may be assigned additional duties such as ordering goods. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided. Working conditions include a negotiable number of working days with a minimum of 2 days per week. Short term and long term contracts are available. Flexible shifts are offered, with weekend working welcomed and weekday-only shifts available. The location is accessible within 5 minutes of a bus stop, and commuting by car, motorcycle, or bicycle is permitted. Benefits include paid training for the first 5 days, social insurance, the possibility of promotion to full-time positions, pay raises based on performance, payment of commuting expenses, and employee benefits through Club Off. The salary structure for shifts is as follows: 1. 5:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Hourly wage 1,250 yen (training 1,250 yen) 2. 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Hourly wage 1,000 yen (training 1,000 yen) 3. 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Hourly wage 1,000 yen (training 1,000 yen) 4. 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Hourly wage 1,000 yen (training 1,000 yen) 5. 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM: Starting at 1,000 yen (with a 25% increase during hours from 10 PM to 5 AM) 6. 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM: Also starting at 1,000 yen with the increased rate as above. Preferred skills or qualifications include no experience necessary; however, previous experience is welcomed.
