- Responsible for small group English conversation lessons for children aged 0 to 15. - Conduct pair lessons and solo lessons with foreign instructors. - Focus on teaching English in a fun way using games, songs, and dances. - Emphasize building relationships with students through lessons in a homely environment. - Opportunity to improve your own English skills. **Qualifications:** - English proficiency to communicate with foreign instructors is required. - Welcoming those who love English and are interested in interacting with children. - A comprehensive training system is in place, allowing inexperienced individuals to start with confidence. **Salary:** - Weekdays (3 days): 84,000 yen - Weekdays (4 days): 106,000 yen - Weekdays (5 days): 130,000 yen - Weekends (1 day): 38,000 yen - Weekends (2 days): 75,000 yen - An additional 11,000 yen is added to the monthly salary for those working both weekdays and weekends. - There is a 6-month probation period. **Working Hours:** - Weekdays: 14:00 to 19:00 (5 hours) - Weekends: 10:00 to 19:00 (8 hours) **Days Off:** Varies depending on the responsibilities and working days. **Benefits:** - Transportation allowance, annual salary increase, and biannual bonuses based on performance. - Complete insurance, paid holidays, and uniform loan available. - Offers a corporate discount system through the Seha Family Club, referral system, improvement proposal system, and excellent instructor evaluation system.
