Child English Conversation Teacher (Foreign Instructor)

Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and teach English classes to children. - Monitor and evaluate student progress. - Conduct demonstration lessons for prospective students. - Attend special events related to teaching. - Participate in orientation and training sessions. Requirements: - Must be a native English speaker currently residing in Japan. - Possess a genuine love for working with children. - Must be flexible and dependable. Work Hours: - Average of 20-24 hours teaching per week; contract is for 240 work days per school year. - Most classes are condensed into fewer hours, allowing for substantial free time. Benefits: - 7 weeks of paid vacation per year, even for first-year teachers. - Company-sponsored apartments available for teachers. - Annual salary increases and completion bonuses based on performance. - Access to daycare services and company vacation cabins. - Health and unemployment insurance coverage provided.
