In an international nursery and after-school, you will be responsible for ensuring that children can safely attend school by performing the following tasks: - **Development of Operation Plans**: Create a pick-up and drop-off schedule and manage the appropriate placement of buses. - **Driver Management**: Select, train, manage schedules, and adjust vacation for drivers. - **Bus Maintenance Inspection**: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, repairs, and legal inspections to ensure safety. - **Budget Management**: Create budgets related to operations and manage costs. - **Safety Management**: Responsible for safe driving guidance and accident response. - **Assistance to Bus Drivers**: Support the bus drivers in their duties.
