As an Account Executive for the Japan team, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling those partnerships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement account plans to expand the adoption of Atlassian products within an enterprise customer base. - Maintain full ownership of customer accounts, coordinating with internal roles to ensure an optimized customer experience. - Collaborate closely with Channel Partners, Product Specialists, and Marketing teams to devise effective sales strategies tailored to your territory. - Engage in consultative selling, leveraging creativity to meet customer needs while sharing feedback with engineering and product teams to enhance customer experience. - Promote customer retention and health by working alongside Loyalty Advocate teams. - Build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, solution partners, and key clients. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in managing significant customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities. - Proficient in utilizing CRM tools to correlate key performance metrics. - Experience in developing territory and strategic account plans. - Demonstrated success in leading account teams toward positive customer outcomes. - Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience selling SaaS solutions to Dev/IT audiences. - Proven history in solution selling to VP and C-level executives. - Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products. - Knowledge of both on-premise and cloud software solutions. **Perks & Benefits:** Atlassian provides a wide array of benefits to support employees, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, wellness resources, and more. **About Atlassian:** Atlassian strives to unleash every team's potential through its collaborative software tools.
