I'm a language student in Tokyo looking for an assistant who can help me with mundane tasks, mostly on your own, but occasionally delegating to other people/companies, communicate with those companies (in Japanese if needed), and compile lists of best price-to-quality options. About me: -A language student. -Not interested in luxury/travel/restaurant-booking services/etc. -Living in a condo, not a big house. -Located in Chuo-ku, Kayabacho. -Caucasian male, 30 years old. Chill, polite. I would like to: -Simply have some free time. -Outsource basic errands, e.g. condo cleaning, washing, ironing, tidying up, preparing Amazon to-buy lists. -Occasionally be accompanied to places such as City Hall (because I'm just a beginner in Japanese). -Sometimes seek in-person advice on basic things (e.g. 'please show me how to use a coin laundry'). -Change my current condo in the foreseeable future. Might need your services to communicate with real estate agents, accompany me for condo preview, etc. I need a Japanese-speaking person to help delegate home errands and simplify my life overall. The service I'm looking for includes English-speaking lifestyle support that provides on-demand, hourly support. Not luxury or travel-oriented, just basic life assistance. Examples of tasks: • Apartment cleaning • Managing laundry (washing/ironing) • Condo tidying and space optimization • Sourcing and coordinating other services (e.g., moving support) • Accompanying me for translation at various locations • Explaining daily life systems in Tokyo • Advising on living optimization strategies If some services I need are outside your scope, I'd like you to help me find and hire the respective services on the best price-to-quality basis. Sometimes I may also give mundane digital errands which will be paid at the same hourly rate. The more tasks you handle, the bigger the overall payments to you. This may be a long-term partnership, but I need to find help ASAP. When contacting me, please clarify your schedule, if you understood everything, your desired hourly rate, and whether you can be trusted with my spare key.
