About the Role: BnA_WALL is a small art hotel and creative space in Nihonbashi. We are hiring part-time night shift staff to assist with hotel reception, café/bar operations, and cleaning of shared spaces. This position is ideal for people who enjoy working in a unique, international, and culturally creative environment. Main Responsibilities: - Café and bar service - Front desk reception (check-in and check-out) - Light food preparation - Cleaning of common areas (not guest rooms) - General overnight support duties -Typical Schedule 21:00 to 10:00 next day- - 21:00 –02:00: Bar - 02:00 - 03:00: cleaning and monitoring - 03:00 - 6:00: scheduled rest breaks (staff alternate breaks) - 06:00–10:00: Breakfast setup Training: We welcome applicants with no prior experience. A training period of approximately three months is provided. Staff receive guidance and support from experienced team members, with manuals for food and drink prep. Requirements: - Basic English and Japanese communication skills - (Over N3 for Japanese, the interview will be conducted in Japanese) - Positive and responsible attitude - Ability to work night hours - Interest in hospitality, art, or culture is a plus Other Details: - Shifts available from 2 days per week - Casual appearance allowed (tattoos OK) - Great for students, freelancers, and those interested in global or creative workspaces How to Apply: Please send a short self-introduction and your general availability.
