At Mida SKY, we operate a self-directed learning tutoring school and have been providing individualized video instruction since 1997. The main duty involves coaching tailored to each student's understanding and speed of learning. Your role is to analyze specific learning methods to improve students' grades and support their admissions to their desired schools. Qualifications: - University graduate or above (dropouts acceptable), passionate about teaching and loves children. Working hours: - 13:00 to 22:00 (actual working time 7 hours and 30 minutes, 90 minutes break). Salary: - Annual salary from 2,160,000 yen (equivalent to monthly salary from 180,000 yen). Commuting expenses are covered up to a maximum of 20,000 yen per month. - The probation period lasts for 3 months after joining, but conditions regarding salary remain unchanged. Holidays: - Two days off per week (basically Saturday and Sunday), with long holidays of one week each during GW, summer, autumn, and year-end/new year. The vacation usage rate is over 90%, with bereavement leave, childbirth, and childcare leave available.
