Tour Leader for Small Group Tours F/H

As a Tour Leader, your mission is to combine your passion for Japan with your guiding skills to create a unique and memorable experience for travelers. You will lead organized tours lasting two to three weeks, navigating a predefined itinerary while ensuring the smooth operation of the program and accommodating the group's needs. Tours typically occur during peak tourist seasons, particularly from March to May and October to November, so flexibility during these periods is crucial. You will guide English-speaking travelers, often on their first visit to Japan. Our groups consist of 6 to 12 participants, fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Your role involves traveling primarily by public transport and private minibus, and potentially using rental cars for the final leg of three-week tours. This position can be physically and mentally demanding, requiring endurance to lead groups for extended periods.
