Job Description: - Checking the consistency of requests for image diagnosis (like CT and MRI) from medical institutions using a dedicated tool. - Phone communication and administrative work with inspection facilities (hospitals) and doctors. - Checking the content of reports created by doctors and correcting errors. Main Responsibilities as a Supervisor (SV): - Supporting and developing staff, training and guidance. - Reporting to superiors, suggesting improvements based on observations from the field. - Preparing various manuals and business reports. - Promoting improvements in the workplace environment. - Consulting and discussing with clients. - Managing KPIs of the center and operational management.
