Summer Positions

In the summer season, our operations take place from March to November. Most clients during this season are Japanese speakers, and having Japanese language ability is important. Outdoor Guides (Canoeing, Kayaking, Rafting, etc.): Japanese-speaking ability necessary. Experience required. Cafe Staff: Basic Japanese speaking ability is required. Shuttle Van Drivers: Conversational Japanese is necessary. Office and Reservations Staff: Fluent Japanese and English speaking/writing skills are essential. Bilingual candidates will have an advantage. All positions require relevant certifications and experience is preferred. Evergreen Outdoor Center offers a variety of employment opportunities in both winter and summer seasons in Hakuba, Japan. We cater to a diverse clientele, with winter focusing more on English-speaking tourists and summer primarily targeting Japanese clients. Each role has specific language requirements, with a strong emphasis on appropriate professional certifications for safety and quality assurance.
