This position is responsible for English education and related duties. Specific duties include: 1. Conducting English classes (more than 8 classes a week, teaching 4 days a week) 2. Material development 3. Assisting with curriculum management 4. Entrance examination-related tasks 5. Other various duties related to English education. Compensation: 1. Salary: 450,000 JPY per month (applies to overtime teaching, education/training allowance, and transportation allowance) 2. Inclusion in social insurance. Qualifications: 1. Completion of a master's degree or higher in English education or a related field. 2. Possession of strong English teaching abilities. 3. Experience in English education, with preferred experience in university-level teaching. 4. Non-native Japanese speakers must have the ability to conduct tasks in Japanese. 5. A strong commitment to fulfilling the assigned duties. Required Documents: 1. Resume and educational/research achievement record (in designated format) 2. List of up to 3 major achievements 3. Native English speakers are required to write in Japanese, while non-native English speakers must write in English: - Theme: "The Appropriate Way of English Education for Students at Tokyo University of Economics" - Word count: Approximately 1,500 words in English or 2,500 characters in Japanese. 4. A cover letter including preferences for part-time lecturer positions (indicating preferences will not affect hiring decisions). - If there is a preferred working pattern, please indicate it (e.g., Monday mornings and Thursday mornings).
