About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Global Animal Health IT team. This role is pivotal as you will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment between their needs and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Enhancements and New Rollouts: - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into solutions within Salesforce. - Create user stories, user acceptance test plans, and documentation, ensuring effective communication of the 'why and how' to stakeholders. - Facilitate requirements gathering and deliver user training. - Work in an Agile environment to improve the organization’s capacity for delivering applications and services. 2. Support & Maintenance: - Support various internal and external users to manage their Salesforce workloads effectively. - Encourage user adoption and promote best practices, focusing on efficiency and automation. - Manage support tickets via Jira, and analyze data trends to optimize user experience. - Use data insights to improve business strategies and highlight the importance of data quality. Who You Are: - A passionate and enthusiastic Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communicator, capable of translating technical terms into accessible language for diverse stakeholders. - Forward-thinking, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Qualifications: Essential: - Proficiency in critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving in fast-paced settings. - Exceptional communication and requirements-gathering abilities, with a knack for creating effective documentation. - Understanding of user and customer experience to identify process pain points and make improvement recommendations. Desirable: - Certification or experience working with Salesforce, including advanced features of Sales Cloud. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, technology like Jira and Confluence, and strong user acceptance testing capabilities. - Active involvement in the Salesforce community and commitment to professional development.
