Job Responsibilities: - Input of product defects (email to headquarters in the USA) - Returns procedures to the manufacturer - Follow-up on estimates for repaired items - Support for process improvement, etc. Salary: 1,750 yen/hour - Example Monthly Income: 260,400 yen (for 21 working days) + overtime pay - Full coverage of commuting expenses Location: Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture Access: - 5 minutes on foot from JR Keiyo Line (Tokyo - Soga) Funabashi Shimmachi - 25 minutes on foot from JR Sobu Line Nishifunabashi - Bicycle commuting is allowed! Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 【Actual working hours】8 hours 00 minutes 【Break】60 minutes 【Overtime】0-9 hours/month - Basically no overtime! If any, it’s within 10 hours a month. Days: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week - Holidays on weekends and public holidays.
