**2026 Recruitment Guidelines** **Eligibility** - **School Type**: Individuals graduating from vocational schools, technical colleges, junior colleges, 4-year universities, or graduate schools between April 2023 and March 2026. - **Employment Type**: Full-time (with a probation period of 6 months). - **Initial Salary**: - Vocational/Technical/Junior College: 278,000 yen or more - 4-Year University: 288,000 yen or more - Graduate School (Master's): 298,000 yen or more - Includes the amount possible for defined contribution pension contributions.
