**Job Title:** Multilingual Customer Support / Inquiry Response Operations **Language Requirements:** Business level English, Korean, and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) **Employment Type:** Dispatch **Location:** Shinjuku, Tokyo **Salary:** Starting from 1,500 yen per hour (negotiable based on experience and language skills) (e.g.: 1,500 yen x 150 hours = 225,000 yen) **Job Responsibilities:** - Multilingual customer support operations - Responding to overseas customers (via phone) - Arranging reservations for stores and facilities in Japan according to inquiries **Working Hours:** - Shift system: For example, 09:00 - 18:00 or 12:00 - 21:00 - Overtime: Approximately 5 hours per month **Holidays and Leave:** Based on shifts - Requests for off days are easily accommodated **Application Qualifications:** - Customer-oriented mindset - Comfortable with phone, computer, and online systems - Ability to work full time - Hold a visa with no work restrictions **Selection Process:** - Application → Document Screening → Online Interview (optional) → Job Offer → Start Date **Benefits:** - Paid vacation - Salary advance system - Transportation allowance (up to 15,000 yen) - Visa support (under certain regulations) - Company dormitory (under certain regulations) **Access:** - 1 minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station E5 Exit - 5 minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station South Exit
