Job Summary: Manufacturing operator involved in film production within a factory. You will work as a full-time employee for a major chemical manufacturer. Responsibilities: - Engaging in the manufacturing process of polyester film. - Operating machinery in various processes (extrusion, stretching, winding, slitting, etc.). - Conducting quality inspections, troubleshooting, and reporting to the manufacturing department. - Collaboration within a team is essential. Work Style: - Full-time employee. - Shift work with an average of 12 hours of overtime per month. - Working hours: shifts operate between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Salary: - Monthly salary ranges from 188,000 yen to 224,700 yen. Annual income is projected between 3,000,000 yen and 4,300,000 yen, including raises and bonuses.
