Manufacturing Operator / Heavy Machinery Operator

Job Description: Use a heavy machinery (Yumbo) to load wood into the chip factory's wood inlet. Organize wood stacking using the Yumbo. Operate the control panel and manage the chip shipping schedule. Manage the Yumbo and other heavy machinery used. Unload wood brought in by customers using the Yumbo. Communicate with other operators to work safely and enjoyably. Collaborate with everyone to share various opinions to improve factory productivity. Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Breaks: 15 minutes at 10 AM, 40 minutes at 12 PM, 15 minutes at 3 PM Holidays: Every Sunday and generally Saturdays off (may work on some Saturdays if necessary) Golden Week, Obon holiday, year-end and New Year holiday Salary: Monthly salary starting from 200,000 yen Daily wage: 10,000 yen - 15,000 yen Monthly salary: 200,000 yen - 300,000 yen Family service bonus of approximately 100,000 yen during summer and winter Requirements: Ability to operate Yumbo, grapple, wheel loader, forklift, truck, etc. (license preferred). Open to inexperienced applicants.
