Job Description: In an organization that performs development management for each development studio and supports medium-term planning and title formation strategies, you will serve as a management accounting officer for the 4th business unit that primarily handles GaaS titles. - Management accounting operations for the GaaS (mobile/PC game) business and projects. - Various research tasks necessary for formulating short- to medium-term plans (internal and external environment). In addition to the mobile business, management accounting design that takes into account business strategies across the company is necessary to respond to multi-deployment for Super Game and PC/CS, as well as global business models. There will be many opportunities for communication with producers and development team managers, allowing you to feel the success of projects alongside the development team.

Experience in accounting operations is a plus
Accounting knowledge (certificates such as bookkeeping)
MBA or small and medium enterprise consultant qualification
Requirements
Experience or knowledge in the game or IT industry, with 5 years or more experience in either management accounting or corporate planning
Management accounting: Basic knowledge of financial accounting and experience in management accounting work (including B/S and C/F)
Corporate planning: Experience in corporate planning or business planning in a business company, or in the business planning area at a consulting firm
Project leader or management experience in the above work
Intermediate Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, etc.)
Ability to solve problems with a purpose, not just perform aggregation tasks
Strong communication skills
