The job of a learning instructor at 名大SKY involves guiding students in independent learning. Specifically, you will provide personalized instruction tailored to each student's understanding and speed using video lessons. The main duties include supporting students with effective learning methods and advice to improve their academic abilities. Applicants must have a university degree, love children, and have a passion for teaching. The working hours are from 13:00 to 22:00 (actual working hours of 7 hours and 30 minutes with a 90-minute break). The annual salary starts from 2.16 million yen, with a monthly salary of at least 180,000 yen, and commuting expenses will also be provided. There are two days off per week, with holidays including Golden Week, summer, autumn, and year-end/new year, and the paid leave utilization rate is over 90%.
